You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return ⏳, in accordance with Danish consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging 📦, and accompanied by proof of purchase 🧾.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods 🍎, digital downloads 💻, and custom/personalised products ✨.
2. How to Initiate a Return 📬
Contact us at webshop@animalyze.dk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions 📝.
3. Refunds 💸
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status ✅.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days ⏱️.
- Refunds include the original product price. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item ❌).
4. Shipping Costs 🚚
Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise 📦🔍.
